The role requires a BEng in Electrical Engineering with power systems specialization and at least 7 years of experience in power system analysis, along with proficiency in PSS/E, ETAP or PowerFactory.

This role is crucial for managing the connection of new generation facilities, including renewables, to the existing electrical grid. You will perform detailed technical studies, develop connection agreements, and ensure compliance with grid codes and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grid interconnection studies, including load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination analyses.
• Develop technical specifications for grid connection equipment and infrastructure.
• Review and approve grid interconnection applications and proposals from independent power producers.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional grid codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with utility companies, renewable energy developers, and internal engineering teams on grid integration projects.

Requirements
