Job summary

Xceptor seeks an experienced Product Manager for its post-trade team. You will own the roadmap for a defined area of the core platform, working with clients, Sales, and Engineering to build the right features in the right order.

You’ll lead requirements gathering, translate insights into product capabilities, and collaborate across engineering, UX, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Fintech Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience in fintech/financial services or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers on technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a defined post-trade area of the core platform.
• Gather and translate client, Sales, and Delivery requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design user research testing and translate insights into features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA to deliver features on time and to a high standard.
• Define and track success metrics for features and releases, informed by client feedback.
