Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing commercial insurance.
• Must come from a brokerage environment.
• Experience in dealing with various insurers.
• Grade 12 (Matric) and NQF Level 4 qualification are required.
• RE 5 certification is required.
• Own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in commercial short-term insurance.
• Manage own client book and meet clients frequently.
• Assist with renewals and claims queries.
• Renewals: provide admin and claims query support where office staff cannot assist.

Our Client, a reputable insurance brokerage, partnered with leading insurance companies, has a fantastic opportunity for Short Term Insurance Marketers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• New business development - Commercial Short-term insurance accompanied by Personal insurance
• Build and manage own book (not existing book)
• Must go out and meet clients, identify needs, generate quotes, present quotes, finalize business
• Renewals: Assistance on admin and claims queries that cannot be dealt with by office support staff

Key Requirements

• 5 years + experience in marketing commercial insurance
• Must come from broker environment and not direct insurer
• must have worked for a brokerage who have dealt with various insurers/underwriters
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Full qualification - NQF Level 4
• RE 5
• Own Vehicle
