The role requires 3–5 years in financial services administration, a relevant qualification, and strong MS Office skills. You will interact with clients professionally and manage documentation and queries with precision.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of administration experience in financial services.
• Matric and a relevant financial planning or investment management qualification.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and efficient administrative support to Wealth Advisers.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Process client instructions, applications, and investment transactions accurately and timely.
• Administer a range of wealth and investment products and services.
• Respond to client queries and resolve administrative matters effectively.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute tax certificates, monthly and quarterly client statements.
• Ensure records comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism and initiative.
