Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or similar.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in accounts payable, procurement, utility, and property management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and validate year-on-year movements.
• Process monthly income/expense forecast with management team.
• Prepare monthly income statement and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Determine and process TI and Broker Comm provisions and amortizations.
• Ensure accurate monthly pushdowns for co-owned buildings.
• Liaise with auditors and maintain audit documentation.
