Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of advocacy, policy analysis, or government relations experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of legislative and policy-making processes in South Africa.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with Gauteng's political landscape is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic advocacy plans to achieve policy objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on relevant policy issues.
• Engage with government officials, parliamentarians, and policymakers to advocate for policy changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with coalition partners, civil society organizations, and community groups.
• Organize and facilitate advocacy events, meetings, and public awareness campaigns.
