Job summary

EY is strengthening its Leadership capability within Business Transformation to support a growing pipeline of ERP and digital transformation programmes. This Senior Manager role leads end-to-end delivery across ERP and digital implementations, engaging at executive levels and guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

You will drive programme governance, manage multi-million-dollar engagements (including public sector work), and mentor Managers and junior staff to ensure successful, scalable delivery

Qualifications

• PMP certification and senior leadership experience in ERP transformations.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year transformation programmes.
• Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programmes
• Act as Programme Lead for ERP and technology-enabled initiatives
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and steering committees
• Manage senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives
• Oversee multiple delivery workstreams and teams
• Manage programme risks, financials, and dependencies
• Support business development and pipeline conversion
• Mentor and develop Managers and junior team members
