Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP deployments for enterprise-scale transitions. This fully remote role requires a proven track record across SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to manage multi-phase projects from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.

You will define scope, govern budgets, mitigate risks, drive user adoption, and coordinate global teams and partners in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management with 5+ years ERP deployments.
• Experience managing large ERP projects with significant budgets.
• Remote work experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of ERP implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Develop project plans with scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures.
• Oversee partners, consultants, and internal teams.
• Drive user adoption and change management.
