Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Business Architect to lead finance transformation from strategy to execution. You will translate CFO objectives into blueprints, align processes, data and governance, and guide cross-functional teams across ERP/EPM platforms.

You will drive stakeholder engagement with CFOs and finance executives, shape scalable architectures, and ensure value realisation across the finance function. This role requires senior leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, or senior finance leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation programmes from strategy to value realisation.
• Experience shaping finance operating models, end-to-end process transformation, ERP/EPM change, data and governance.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs on finance transformation strategy, roadmaps and value realisation frameworks.
• Lead finance business architecture aligning strategy, processes, data and technology.
