Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum for kindergarten students.

• Facilitate a variety of learning experiences, including group activities, individual projects, and outdoor exploration.
• Encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and positive peer interactions.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the educational program.
• Maintain open and effective communication channels with parents, hosting parent-teacher conferences and sharing updates.
