Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, play-based lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.
• Facilitate child-led exploration within a structured but flexible setting.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress; provide feedback to parents.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment supporting development across domains.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and encourage positive peer interactions.
