Job summary

Investec is seeking a Tech Lead in Corporate Banking Digital to provide technical leadership across multiple squads. You will drive modern software delivery, strengthen developer experience, and mentor engineers while ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Role focuses on end-to-end digital client experiences, collaboration with architects and product owners, and maintaining high security and performance standards across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering expertise with modern practices and data store design.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grounding in at least one modern stack (C#, React, Angular).
• Nice to have: Azure, containerisation, Kubernetes.
• Proficiency using AI-enabled productivity tools like Copilot.
