You will partner with BDMs and Delivery Heads to assess new technologies, maintain platform stability, and drive scalable, best-practice driven delivery while mentoring direct reports and promoting governance and compliance across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance over technology domains in alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with BDMs and Delivery Heads to recommend emerging technologies and build a strategic technical roadmap.
• Lead and facilitate difficult conflict situations into consensual agreements.
• Drive scalable and sustainable solutions built on best development practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring to grow the team’s skills and performance.
