You will manage third‑party software suppliers, align roadmaps with standards, and supervise internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery across the engineering function.

The role requires deep breadth in modern software development, strong Agile/Lean experience, and the ability to coach and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
• 8–10 years in software engineering leadership; 3–5 years as a senior manager.
• Experience steering portfolios of 10+ technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio delivery and govern third‑party suppliers and contracts.
• Direct platform engineering capabilities and resource planning.
• Align vendor roadmaps with standards, governance and commercial oversight.
• Support internal teams and build capacity to sustain reliable service delivery.
