Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for its facility in Klerksdorp, North West. You will oversee daily production activities on the shop floor, drive targets, and mentor a team in plastic injection molding or extrusion processes.

A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential. Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating production planning, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient line operation.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a Production Supervisor role in manufacturing.
• Experience with plastic injection molding or extrusion is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with production planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Proficient with production monitoring tools and reporting systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel on the manufacturing floor.
