You will be responsible for the hands-on supervision of planting, maintenance, pest control, and harvesting activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and sustainable farming practices. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of farm workers involved in planting, cultivation, and harvesting.
