Placements24 is seeking a proactive Farm Supervisor to oversee crop production activities on farms in the Mahikeng area. You will lead a team of farm workers, coordinate planting, cultivation, pest control, and harvesting, and ensure efficient daily operations in a key agricultural region.

The role requires practical farming experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage safety and equipment maintenance in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural field operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and agricultural best practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic farm machinery.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage work crews effectively.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
