Job summary

Innovazi Consulting seeks a hands-on Millwright with strong mechanical and electrical expertise to support plant reliability and drive engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will work across equipment like decanters, centrifuges, blowers and pumps, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

You will hold a recognised trade qualification, have several years of experience, and be proficient with PLCs, VSDs and control panels.

Qualifications

• Recognised Millwright trade test/apprenticeship.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Mechanical expertise on decanters, centrifuges, blowers, and pumps.
• Electrical experience with control panels, industrial electronics, PLCs, VSDs, and motors.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Valid drivers license.
• N3 in Water and Wastewater (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technician with both mechanical and electrical expertise, supporting plant reliability.
• Drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement of plant performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime.
