• Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage small to medium-sized capital projects, including scope definition, budgeting, and execution.
• Ensure all facilities and operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and project work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and asset management data.
• Support the planning and execution of plant turnarounds and shutdowns.
