Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Manager to lead its Polokwane manufacturing facility. This role drives efficiency, quality, safety and continuous improvement through strong leadership of production teams and robust process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management, 7+ years in plant operations, and proven MES/ERP proficiency to optimize performance and profitability.
