Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial operations management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems.
• Lean manufacturing principles and cost-saving initiatives experience preferred.
• Experience with safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Proven ability to manage operational budgets and lead teams.
