RAVA HUMAN CAPITAL is hiring a Manufacturing General Site Manager in Benoni, Gauteng. You will lead overall site operations to achieve production, quality, and safety targets while managing resources effectively.

The ideal candidate has a qualification in Industrial Engineering or related fields, at least 10 years of manufacturing experience, and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Knowledge of Syspro ERP and South African labour legislation is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a highly mechanised plant with responsibility for production, maintenance, quality and operational performance.
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of building, managing and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall site operation to achieve production, quality, service, cost and safety targets.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Manage site resources effectively to optimise productivity and profitability.
