Job summary

Glencore is seeking a Planned Maintenance Officer to manage the Planned Maintenance SAP system from its Witbank, Mpumalanga location. The role focuses on scheduling maintenance activities, planning tasks, and ensuring timely data feedback for accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as an Artisan/Technician or equivalent with relevant certification and at least 2 years of SAP experience in a Planned Maintenance environment; a Code EB (08) driver's licence is required.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Artisan/Technician or equivalent, with a valid trade certificate or N4 with eng subjects.
• Minimum 2 years' SAP user experience in Planned Maintenance environment.
• Driver's license Code EB (08).

Planned Maintenance Officer

The incumbent in this role is responsible for managing the Planned Maintenance SAP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling maintenance activities.
• Planning maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensuring data feedback.
• Compiling maintenance reports.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Either a N4 Certificate with Engineering Subjects, a Valid Trade Certificate and a minimum of 5 Years' experience as an Artisan / Technician; OR
• A relevant Tertiary Qualification and completed Graduate Development Programme.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as SAP user in the Planned Maintenance environment.
• Driver's license Code EB (08).
