Applicants should have previous pizza chef experience, familiarity with pizza ovens, and a solid understanding of hygiene and safety standards. The job requires working shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays, with two recent references.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef / Pizza Maker.
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, pub or similar hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
• Experience using pizza ovens.
• Good food hygiene, preparation and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum of two recent contactable references.
