Qualifications

• Pizza making expertise including dough, proofing, stretching, and baking.
• Experience as Chef De Partie with pizza focus preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to premium standards.
• Manage the pizza section, maintaining cleanliness and equipment.
• Oversee dough preparation including mixing, kneading, fermenting, proofing.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop pizza recipes.
• Ensure timely service during busy periods and coordinate with kitchen.
• Monitor inventory and minimize waste while controlling costs.
