Job summary

Alstom seeks a senior Project Introduction (PI) leader to drive reliability growth and warranty closure across a rail project. You will support the Project Manager and Warranty Customer Site Manager, represent PI on the Project Core Team and with the customer, and ensure PI processes are implemented and resourced throughout start-up, design, realization, and field support phases.

Qualifications

• Diploma/PG in Engineering or Industrial field.
• Internal EHS training.
• 10+ years Project Execution experience (Senior Position).
• 5+ years Team management (Senior Position).
• Product knowledge.
• EHS knowledge/exposure.
• Data analytics.
• Senior position: Multi-Platform Product knowledge.
• Strong self-government.
• Field Experience.
• RAM.
• Customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the Project Core Team in all PI deliverables and activities from project start.
• Ensure PI processes and instructions are implemented, communicated, and supported.
• Ensure adequate and skilled resources to produce PI deliverables.
• Manage the full Project Warranty Work Package.
• Coordinate Reliability Growth with customer and internal teams to meet contractual targets.
• Capture and feedback field experience/data (REX) to project/organization per PI processes.
• Deliver PI-related artifacts on time per contract and PI standards.
• Establish commissioning and warranty strategy including customer infrastructure usage.
• Coordinate audits and ensure AZDP and EHS requirements are followed.
• Identify potential additional Services sales opportunities during warranty.
