Medirite Gugulethu is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Manager to lead a dedicated team, drive operational excellence, and ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services while maintaining compliance and business performance.

You will oversee dispensing, stock control, budgets, and stakeholder relationships with prescribers and suppliers, while coaching pharmacists and support staff to foster a high‑performance culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/ equivalent qualification.
• Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
• A PCDT (Primary Care Drug Therapy) qualification.
• Registered as a tutor.

Aufgaben

• Dispense medication accurately and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage pharmacy administration, stock control, housekeeping, sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, professional, and company requirements.
• Plan, prioritise, and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and resolve operational challenges.
• Build effective relationships with prescribers, suppliers, store management, and support teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy support staff.
• Drive a positive, high-performance culture through leadership, motivation, and accountability.

Ausbildung
