Job summary

Clicks Group operates a Clicks Pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the dispensary and clinic team, ensuring top-tier pharmaceutical care and service excellence. The role reports to the Branch Manager and focuses on compliant operations and financial stewardship.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Pharmacist with SAPC, have leadership experience and drive customer-centric healthcare delivery in a busy retail pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC (South Africa).
• Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year People Management experience.
• Registration with SAPC as the Responsible Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Manage dispensary and clinic operations, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
• Oversee stock management, shrinkage control and administration.
• Drive financial management to meet targets and maintain profitability.
• Schedule staff in line with policy; ensure attendance records are complete.
• Foster customer service excellence and integrate with clinic and healthcare aisles.
• Support group vision and drive a high performing culture.
