Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Key Accounts Assistant (Pharmacy) to join our Cape Town team for a 9-12 month maternity cover. The role focuses on providing comprehensive office administration for the Regional Key Account Manager within the hospital channel.

You will handle filing, reporting, and communications, while ensuring SLA delivery and efficient stock control coordination with the warehouse. Experience with SAP and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of office administration and filing.
• Pharmaceutical exposure and SAP experience are advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain filing system and correspondence records.
• Track, report and manage escalations regarding outstanding shorts.
• Manage paperwork to and from the warehouse accurately and timely.
• Handle mail, parcels, and visitor management.
• Respond to calls and emails from internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports on time.
• Ensure SLA compliance and manage queries to resolution.
