Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Pharmacist Assistant to join our Johannesburg warehouse team. You will ensure accurate stock receipt, compliance with SAPC regulations, and batch control as part of a high-performing, safety-focused environment.

The role requires a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant and at least 3 years of warehouse pharmaceutical experience. Strong attention to detail, problem solving and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification required (SAPC registered).
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Warehouse Pharmacist Assistant is non negotiable.
• Experience with inventory control and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and cGxP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming pharmaceutical stock accurately.
• Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, temperature and humidity controls.
• Pick, pack, verify and prepare pharmaceutical orders for dispatch.
• Maintain inventory using FEFO principles and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with SAPC regulations, GWP and SOPs.
• Manage controlled medicines according to legal requirements.
• Support warehouse quality checks, audits and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate and report inventory variances.
• Assist with customer complaint resolution and maintain housekeeping standards.

Are you a qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a professional pharmaceutical environment? Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
