• Experience with QMS, CAPA systems, and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure GMP compliance.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; implement CAPAs.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold the highest standards within their pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Durban . You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality control benchmarks and regulatory requirements throughout the production lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and safety of our client's pharmaceutical products. You will collaborate closely with production, regulatory affairs, and R&D teams to implement and refine quality systems, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in the KwaZulu-Natal region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) .
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and other relevant regulations.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Review and approve batch records, validation protocols, and other quality-related documents.
