Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of supply chain analysis experience, ideally in pharma or regulated industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and supply chain software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical logistics and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data including inventory, demand forecasts, lead times, and transportation costs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support demand planning and inventory management to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Assist in implementing new supply chain technologies and best practices.
