Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Manager to oversee Vereeniging operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacture of medicines. You will manage production teams, optimize processes, and align with GMP standards to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with leadership experience
3+ years in a supervisory/management role
GMP expertise and regulatory knowledge
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and scale-up

Responsibilities

Oversee pharmaceutical production operations for timely and cost-effective output
Lead, train, and motivate production teams to high performance
Enforce GMP, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
Monitor production performance and implement process improvements
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for production runs
Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
