The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in logistics within pharma, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in logistics or supply chain management, preferably pharma.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain requirements and cold chain basics.
• Experience with inventory and transportation management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and execution of shipments (domestic and international).
• Manage inventory, enable timely replenishment and accurate records.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses to optimize logistics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical transport and storage.
• Prepare shipping docs, customs declarations, and permits; track deliveries.
