Placements24 is seeking a certified Personal Trainer in Stellenbosch to lead individualized training programs that drive client results. You will conduct assessments, design safe, effective workouts, and provide one-on-one and small group sessions in a supportive fitness environment.

You will educate on nutrition and injury prevention, track client progress, and maintain confidential records. A CPT/ACE/NASM certificate and proven client success are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognized institution (e.g., CPT, ACE, NASM).
• Proven experience as a personal trainer with a track record of client success.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to understand fitness levels, goals, and limitations.
• Design and implement individualized, safe and effective exercise programs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs for optimal results.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate client records and session logs, ensuring confidentiality.
