Placements24 is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer for a boutique fitness studio in Klerksdorp. You will design and deliver customized fitness programs for individual clients, helping them achieve health and wellness goals with engaging, progressive workouts.

The ideal candidate has CPT/NASM/ACE certification, strong knowledge of anatomy and nutrition, excellent communication, and CPR/First Aid. Join a supportive team focused on client success in the North West community.

Competenze

Certification from a recognized personal training institution (e.g., CPT, NASM, ACE).
Proven experience delivering effective personal training sessions.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition.
CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory.
Excellent communication, motivational, and client-management skills.

Mansioni

Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand client needs and goals.
Develop personalized and progressive exercise programs tailored to individual client requirements.
Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper exercise technique and safety.
Monitor client progress, providing motivation, guidance, and adjustments to training plans as needed.
