• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics coordination, with perishable or cold chain experience.
• Familiarity with temperature-controlled supply chains and related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics process for perishable goods, scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor temperature-controlled transport and enforce cold chain protocols.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers and internal teams for timely movements.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory and documentation.
• Troubleshoot delays, damages or temperature excursions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and industry standards for perishables.
• Use logistics software to track shipments and manage workflows.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on status and issues.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for perishable logistics.
