Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant in Upington, Northern Cape to define, measure and improve KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance enhancement.

You will design dashboards, collaborate with client teams, and embed a data culture while applying analytics, BI tools, and robust metrics across functions.

This role emphasizes strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance management, business analytics, or data analysis consulting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytical software (Excel, SQL).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités
