Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years' experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Shared Services, or a similar HR advisory role.
• Experience with Workday or another HCM system is an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries via case management, chat, phone, and face-to-face support.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and HR systems.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire including completion of all compliance activities and documentation.
• Champion an employee-first approach and consistently demonstrate operational excellence.
• On-Site Employee Support: provide in-person People Operations support as required.
• Represent the People Operations Advisory at events and career fairs while building relationships across the business.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Rewards, and People Partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate payroll-related processes and ensure data integrity in Workday.
