Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Gauteng seeks an experienced Learning Solutions Designer to develop and deliver digital and instructor-led training. You will partner with business SMEs to design scalable solutions for ERP and enterprise platforms, using our LMS to deploy and track progress.

You will leverage tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia, apply adult learning theory, and drive end-to-end learning initiatives from needs analysis to deployment, ensuring learner-centric outcomes and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design, learning solutions, and adult learning.
• Experience designing learning interventions for digital systems or enterprise platforms.
• Experience delivering ILT, virtual learning, eLearning, microlearning, videos, job aids, and performance support materials.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders to identify learner needs and deliver learner-centric solutions.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow) advantageous.
• Experience administering or deploying learning solutions via LMS.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders on allocated projects; driving efficiencies and commercial viability by optimising technology in the design and development of learning solutions.
• Interpret future requirements and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives to address needs.

Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience in instructional design, learning solution development, and adult learning methodologies.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning interventions for digital systems, enterprise platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions.
• Experience developing a range of learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, microlearning, videos, job aids, and performance support materials.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or organisational change programmes.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to identify learning needs and deliver learner-centric solutions.
• Experience working with Human Capital, payroll, ERP, HRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms would be advantageous.
• Experience administering or deploying learning solutions through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in learning authoring and content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Suite.
