Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Penetration Tester to join its security assessment team in a fully remote capacity. You will simulate cyber-attacks to identify vulnerabilities across networks, web apps, APIs, and cloud environments, and deliver detailed reports with remediation recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of professional penetration testing experience, proficiency with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, and relevant certifications such as OSCP or CEH.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
• Proficiency with common penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, web application security, and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for tool development and automation.
• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GPEN highly valued.

Responsibilities
