Ideal candidates have pediatric care experience, a nursing or early childhood background, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in pediatric care, nannying, or similar childcare roles.
• Background in nursing or early childhood education preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and reliability.
• Able to work in a hybrid model balancing home duties with external commitments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide attentive care for children ensuring safety and emotional security.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks considering dietary needs.
• Assist with personal care routines including hygiene and dressing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, child-friendly home.
• Monitor health and wellbeing, report concerns to parents.
• Accompany children on outings, appointments, or activities.
• Collaborate with parents on routines and discipline strategies.
• Provide light homework help for older children if applicable.
