Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in telecommunications, IT, or enterprise solution sales.
• Proven experience selling PBX, VoIP, or voice recording solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience selling PBX systems (required).
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for PBX solutions.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess business communication needs.
• Present tailored PBX, VoIP, and voice recording solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
