This role involves leveraging systems like Sage 300 People while supporting employee engagement practices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in payroll management, compliance reporting, and human resources legislation. This position emphasizes integrity, communication, and attention to detail alongside strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant payroll and remuneration experience required, with at least 2 years at a Practitioner/Officer level.
• Proven track record on Sage 300 People HR/Payroll and Self-service systems.
• Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, OHS and related labour legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Payroll and Remuneration process.
• Compile and submit payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Guide managers on job evaluations and utilize Remchannel and Remeasure systems.
