Placements24 is seeking an efficient HR Administrator to manage Payroll and HRIS functions in Kimberley. The role focuses on timely and accurate payroll processing and maintaining data integrity within the HRIS.

Qualifications

• Matriculation or equivalent qualification; a relevant HR or Payroll qualification is advantageous.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, with exposure to payroll processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS and payroll software.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and efficiently on a regular basis.
• Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with administration of employee benefits, including medical aid and retirement funds.
• Generate HR reports for management and operational needs.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
