Job summary

Trafalgar Property Management is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team. The role covers payroll processing, employee records, recruitment support, and ensuring statutory compliance under SA labour legislation.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will provide administrative support across payroll and HR functions and contribute to a professional, well-governed work environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Payroll or related field.
• 2–3 years’ practical experience in payroll and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain payroll information and employee records.
• Administer leave, overtime and payroll processes.
• Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding.
