Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent proven professional experience
• 2+ years in a data analytics role within payments/fintech/financial services
• Proficiency in Excel and Python or R for analysis and modelling
• SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Understanding of payment flows and ecosystem fundamentals
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving

• Perform deep-dive analysis of transactional data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities
• Systematically identify opportunities to improve payment acceptance rates
• Develop and maintain automated merchant reporting and monitoring based on large datasets
• Translate complex data into actionable, data-backed insights to support internal business decisions
• Create and utilize AWS QuickSight agents for automated and recurring reporting
• Identify patterns, performance drivers, anomalies, and improvement opportunities with statistical analysis tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide analytical support for data-driven decision-making
