Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient general office skills (typing, filing, phones).
• Strong communication skills.
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer inquiries and orders per procedures.
• Verify insurance eligibility and third-party billing as needed.
• Input orders into the computer system promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate delivery or pickup times with patients and caregivers.
• Resolve complaints using appropriate problem-solving techniques and follow-up.
