A luxury 5-star country estate in the Cape Winelands is seeking a talented Pastry Sous Chef to lead and oversee the pastry section, delivering desserts, pastries and baked goods to the highest standards.

You will manage daily pastry kitchen operations, supervise junior team members, assist with stock control and food costing, and uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices. Relevant senior pastry experience and a professional qualification are essential.
