Job summary

Mindplace Maidstone in Maidstone, UK is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to provide high quality, face-to-face CBT. This part-time role requires a minimum of two days per week with early and late shifts, including one late shift and Saturday work, delivering structured sessions to adults.

Applicants must hold a BABCP accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT, and have at least 2 years’ experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

Qualifications

• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT with BABCP accreditation.
• Full BABCP accreditation and registration.
• Minimum 2 years of high-intensity CBT with adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations guiding care pathways.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions as needed.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with the therapy team.
• Work within sessional limits and client recovery goals.
• Provide signposting or referrals when required.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and remote wellbeing activities.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and maintain professional standards.
